  • Online Payment Gateways available in the UAE

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment details.


2. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in USD/AED unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • The final amount charged will be the price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.


3. Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment if the item is unavailable or an error occurs.

Eligibility for Refunds

5. Return Process

To request a refund:

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  3. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
